Actualize Wellbeing is a non-profit organisation established to provide accessible and affordable high quality counselling and emotional wellbeing services.
We work with children and young people from the age of 5-21, and their families/ carers.
We offer Person-Centred Counselling, CBT, Family Therapy, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy & Clay Therapy.
Our counsellors are highly qualified and experienced, BACP registered and DBS cleared.
